Timeline: 26 weeks on schedule
Specifications: Ground up with (2) drive-up ATMs. 3,775 sq. ft.
Challenges: The pandemic presented many new obstacles and challenges. Safety was our priority and COVID 19 protocols were strictly maintained. Many businesses and local governments were forced to downsize due to Covid. The Domino Effect ensued. There were numerous material delays. Scheduling utility setups and inspections became difficult. Maintaining schedules became tedious and time-consuming for Project Managers and Site Supervisors. We were very proud of the completed “pandemic project.”
