BNF Contractors,
Inc. has built a foundation reliant upon Satisfied
Customers, Loyal & Reliable Subcontractors and
a Dedicated Staff. The cornerstone was placed in
May of 1994. Growth has been continuous, throughout
the Tri-State Area, from that point to the present.
While the majority of the projects undertaken have
been located in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut,
BNF Contractors have completed numerous projects
as far as Colorado and Florida at the behest of
clients. We take great pride in our accomplishments
and the reputation that has been the result of years
of dedication, hard work and commitment. We invite

Our team comes from a myriad of trade backgrounds
that work in synchronization on a daily basis. There
are a number of important players on the team. Without
the dedication and high competency levels of these
players, BNF Contractors would quickly lose credence
as a competitive entity.
Our estimators will have initial contact with prospective
clients. Once drawings have been received from the
architect, the estimator will review them and pose
any questions for clarification. At their direction,
subcontractors are selected within each trade and
drawings are dispatched for competitive bids. Upon
receipt of proposals, our estimators then do a comparative
analysis of each bid. It is their job to provide
our customers with the most qualified proposal possible.
We value the relationships maintained with each
of our subcontractors. Many of our subcontractors
have been with BNF Contractors since our doors first
opened. Once again, mutual respect must be present
for the partnership to work. Comprehensive, qualified
proposals, from our subcontractors, ensure that
our clients are provided with competitive bids on
each project. Optimal performance by each trade
on every project, enables the high standards and
reputation that has become synonymous with BNF Contractors
to be maintained. Our subcontractors work closely
with our Project Supervisors to guarantee timely
completion of all projects while maintaining budgets.
A Project Supervisor is assigned to each project.
These supervisors are the true "captains"
of our Team. They are hands on from inception to
completion. Their responsibilities include, but
are not limited to: design meeting with architect
and client prior to construction; devising a project
schedule; coordination of all trades; on-site job
meetings with architects, engineers and clients;
progression punch list; maintaining a daily log
and documenting projects via digital photography
downloaded to the Office Staff via their laptop
computers. Our Project Supervisors apprise the Office
Staff of situations that arise in the field and
potential problems they may foresee. The ball is
then placed in the hands of our Office Staff who
will follow up with the appropriate party to assure
resolution. |
